Rick, Biden has already bankrupted the country. So much money was printed and spent under his administration that we can't pay it back. The US National Debt is over 36 trillion dollars (https://www.usdebtclock.org). President Trump is just trying to clean up the mess he inherited, bring back manufacturing to create working class jobs, and stop the bleeding by cutting spending so the patient can eventually recover. His experience with business bankruptcies and reorganizations is a plus rather than a minus in this case. I'm sorry you don't recognize that fact.

(Geez! They don't inform me when I get comments, so I just found this today!!)

Re your "I'm sorry you don't recognize that fact”? I’m sorry that you DO! Neither Biden nor anybody else has yet “bankrupted” the country; America’s still is, by far, the strongest economy on Earth!

Please notice that that silly debt clock keeps ticking away over the centuries in its feckless search for an abyss, but to little avail. Our country seems to become more and more the envy of every other with each dollar of "reckless spending" this country shells out — to the dismay, I’m sure, of every Republican voter hoping for a president to some day best all the Democratic presidents’ records on overseeing healthy economies, an historical seeming “anomaly” that even Trump accidentally acknowledged a few years ago.

But if ever we DO need a president to solve any of our ACTUAL economic problems (and we may be developing some new ones currently, but trade deficits are certainly NOT among them), then I do hope we find one not so infamous for incessant lying and ignorance — although, yes, Trump may only be PRETENDING, for some reason, to believe he won the 2020 election, and that China pays MY import tariffs, but such behavior certainly doesn’t engender much confidence.

Still, I’m sincerely glad you left a comment! Thanks!

(Just curious: how and where did you stumble onto this newsletter?)

Rick
